System Analysis
We will be using two different diet pills (Alli and Xenical) and test their effectiveness in fat absorption. In this scenario, the system will be the body of an obese person. We will solve the problem (find the amount of fat being absorbed by the pills), by using what goes in and out of the body over a twenty four hour period. For the time period, the system (body of obese person) will be taking diet pills, and food that have a high percentage of fat. The human body will be releasing waste as demonstrated on Figure.
